In the previous post (click here) the pattern was in a wet and energetic one. However leading up to that time, Mother Nature was not very friendly in terms of precipitation. The flip switched to on but has flipped back to "off" again as it's been generally very dry these past few weeks.
Here is the precipitation for these past 30 days ending 12/20/24...
The weather pattern should get active again, but will the bullseye be offset and away from the High Plains? That remains to be see but a "test" will be what occurs from the 24th and into the first week or two of January.
